Well usually places wouldn't hire someone for one day a week but perhaps would let them go down to one day a week later on if they needed to. Then again places are getting desperate so who knows.

Depending on your background too, but some healthcare jobs like psychiatric aides, porters, attendants etc have minimum requirement of atleast once a week. This is the kind of job I have, when September comes around, I will only work once a week.

if you dont mind some hard work moving companys are always looking for guys, usually pays cash and one day a week is cool with them cause it gives a full time guy a day off.

Anything in the service industry. They would probably appreciate the help even if it is once a week.

in this market... you shouldnt have a problem.. but remember when things slow down (if they do) that you will most likely be the first to go

If you are in Uni or college, you could apply at the school, i had a few friends work for the uofc student stuff (didnt pay much attention) when we went

If you are very comfortable with horses and don't mind manual labour, I know of a barn job that might work for you. Just PM me if you are interested.
