Cossmember that holds up my transmission has a hole in it, is it worth fixing???

As the title says: There is a hole in the crossmember that holds up my transmission. There is also a pressure crack from starting to move up the crossmember. Is it worth fixing, is it safe, how much would it cost to get fixed?

I've been wondering how come I have been able to feel my transmission move when I accelerate, what could be wrong.

Also my exhust pipe is lower than usual too, what could be causeing that, any ideas.

This stuff is happening on my 81 Malibu Classic....

you can change that crossmember with 4 bolts and a big hammer, you could probably get a new one from pick n pull for cheap... or you can see if someone will or can weld it without removing it.
