Hey,

Just asking, sorry for the ignorance, but do most 2000+ Super Sport Models (GSXR, ZX, R-series, and CBR) come with a seat cowl/cowel (spelling) for the passenger seat, or do most models have one available? Im referring to the cover that goes over the passenger seat, makes it look like a solo seat? Im looking to buy a bike and I REALLY like the look of the solo bike with rear seat cover(I see a lot of GIXXERS with them), and Im curious as to the availability of them for other models/brands like a CBR F4i, or or R6, or ZX6R. Thanks for any info!

all gixxers come with them. suzuki is the only company that gives you both the seat and the cowl.

Perhaps I should of clarified,

Im not asking if they come with, but if they are AVAILABLE for most models. Can you buy cowels for most 600's?

Yeah search ebay, pretty sure you can find a cowl for any bike you want.

Yes they are available for all models, especially the cookie cutter 600 supersports. Usually there is an OEM version and a few aftermarket ones.

I've heard that the new kawi's come with the seat and cowl also. :dunno:

A lot of guys on the net make their own cowl out of a hunk of foam, make a mold and then make a fiberglass copy. Some of them are really fucking nice... just need to take the time to get the right shape.
