HELP!!! 92 civic

hey people I cant decide but I am looking to buy this 92 honda civic for $1000. The car has like 410,000kms but the engine got replaced and the owner doesnt know how much kms the engine has. But it burns no oil what so ever and runs perfect. The car also has front end damage but I have found the parts for it to replace for CHEAP otherwise car is in good running condition and stuff. no mods besides a exhaust I dove it and it runs fine. SO total to fix it is $100 bucks so it will cost me around $1100 in total but I cant decide if its a good deal I have looked around and most civic's are going around for 2000-2500 this has no rust either. Is there anything else i should look for on damage its got no frame damage just hood, bumper, and headlight. Should I buy it?? I cant deicde please help me and its a Dx not a si

go for it, just make sure everything feels right in the suspension, after 400 000 km things get sloppy and worn out. (ball joints, tie rods, struts and bushings)

that can be a really bad thing too. aka the car was really fuct up in an accident but a grand... who the hell can complain

$1000 is decent, i'd try and negotiate for less considering it's got over 400Km

i just got a civic, also a 92 DX, 221Km paid $3400. it's also got no rust and is really clean....very very weak and extremely slow

Might be a good deal. I got a 91 4 door DX with almost no rust. It does consume oil but interior is quite nice too. Runs fine, just drink oil. It has 190xxx miles but I enjoy it.
