i have a DC2500 its one of the older ones, about 2-3 years. You dont get video in the guide, but its just as good 100 takes it!

you have a 2000 model..no video and no digital out on the back than its a 2000 model. and if its 3 years old than there is no warranty left.

i know my boexes. install them everyday

Shaw offers 5 year warranty on all boxes purchased through them, get you facts straight. Plus 50bucks to get video in your menu :rofl: , ill get OP decide if its worth it!
