Can anyone point me in the direction of a place that would sell parts for Italian cars(specifically maserati)?

Try ZR Auto. There is one shop down Mcknight and center/edmonton trail don't know the name tho.

On edmonton trail, there are a few Euro / italian car garages. Desantros I believe, right by pro am cycle. All within that area (block) also, maranello autobody will know as they are not only in the same area, but must order parts a fair bit.
