that's ME's prices....
the keyboard is different and i think it's actually $70 at future shop... i have the MS Ergo 4k keyboard

but that's what it would cost to have ME build it for you
so go right a head :p

the last two systems my friends bought from there and had assembled were unstable and they took them back.

i'm not cutting ME down... i buy stuff there but i would never buy a system there.
not to mention mine is OBO and i will be selling it for OBO cause i don't need it.

so make an offer instead of talking smack

VirteX
08-14-2006, 12:21 AM
and i have a different case... cause ME apparently isn't smart enough to know that Thermalrock and Thermaltake are actually two different companies ;)
Thermalrock is a Division of Thermaltake not a new model

idiots.
anyways the case is around $250
hench i picked one that was around the same.
not to mention it also comes with warrenty and a receipt.

VirteX

Why is there a $55 heatsink and $25 worth of thermal paste in with the Memory Express price quote? Did you plan on overclocking the processor, or have you ever?

Thanks

VirteX

Cause it has that Heatsink on it... and it was put on with arctic silver thermal paste, it's not currently over clocked but it was stable at 2.5 ghz when i was testing it after letting the thermal paste sit for a week, it doesn't even really get hot.

i quoted ME exactally what it would cost to build my machine.
that's why they're there.
it is oc'able but it is currently running at normal spec.
