Are you flexible at all on the rent price? I have a friend looking to rent in mission but $1400 is a little more than she was looking to spend. She'd be willing to sign a lease for a reduced rate. Also, is the unit going to continue to be for sale while the unit is rented? It would suck to move in and then have to move right out again.

We prefer to sell it but if we find the right tenant first. then we will sign a 12 mths contact and see how it goes in the future.

condo is build in 1999 and 1057 sq feet.
