I'm totally stumped. My sound card is onboard realtek HD. All of a sudden I get a generic host process win32 error:
faulting module "netapi32.dll"
I'm guessing this has nothing to do with my sound card after some searching around, but the strange thing is everytime this happens (5 minutes after bootup), my sound card is completely gone. I can do a sound test through the realtek control panel, yet in control panel there no sound device at all.
this happened after install and uninstall of 'sightspeed', since everything was working fine before this, a fresh install with newest drivers for about a month.
