oh i was lucky i saw it happen and thought it directly hit my car so i ran up to him and he fled off. I got the plate.

Did that skyline have any damage? I was there at Plush, the Civic that got hit was like a brand new 06 coupe. I feel bad for the owner of that.

There is no need to be going an excessive amount of speed to do that amount of damage to the car.
I saw my friend slide on ice with his car going about 10 km/h and absolutely crush the rear quarter panel of a car in a parking lot.
The car was on dry pavement and it moved over a complete stall.

My guess is he was going 15-20 km/h.

Rear quarter panels don't have a lot to em, so they crush pretty easy unfortunately.

Assuming this skyline is from Calgary, then it shouldn't be hard to locate this car. If this car came from like Edmonton then it'll be slightly more difficult.
