Good place to rent around chinook?

Does anyone know a good place to rent around chinook that isnt to over priced. Also does anyone know the name of the big apartment building on the corner o glenmore and elbow?

Still looking for Oct 1st now. Also if anyone has a nice place and looking for a roomate. My girlfriend and I would consider this also. Both of us are working. she works at chinook and I work at Market mall.
