IMO the el is :bigpimp: Its going in for a custom turbo setup :thumbsup:

and the civic ran 12.4 @ 117mph with 330whp, his car is also in the shop right now and he says when its done it should be over 400whp :devil:

There is no way that the civic would have ran that kind of speed on hydros or bags. Probably dumped on coils.
