so im driving my girlfriends G6 and im at the stop sign by her house, and as im about to pull throught the intersection some fuckin asian lady rear ends me, backs up, and drives away! I got the license plate and the cops said all they can do is charge her with hit and run but they doubt they can get her insurance to pay me because its "her word agaisnt mine".... fuckin bullshit.

get it done quick and tell those cops to eat a dick. they are WRONG. i work in the insurance buisness and my best advice is report it and get them (the cops... which dont sound like they want to take any initiative) to inspect it and write up a police report and issue her a police report number. that way any shop she takes it too keeps everything registered and will take photos

edit: good job getting the liscence plate, but i would have followed her home. camera phones are gods blessing. when you get to her house take pics of your car and take pics of hers, if she parks it in a garage, block the driveway and call the cops, they'll get her to open it.
