what color is it and will it work with a sata hardrive?

I think he would have linked to the sata enclosure if that's what it was.
BTW, these Nexstar3's are NICE enclosures! :) Much better than the plastic Nexstar2 I've got.

The link is the exact one I have. Takes an IDE drive and makes it USB 2.0. Enclosure face has drive LED that lights up blue, and the casing is Black Aluminum.
Very nice enclosure.
how hot does it run, since there's no fan? Very nice looking enclosure.

Couldn't tell you since I haven't used it, but they're supposed to be very good because of the all aluminum casing.

I have 2 of them with 320GB drives in them one is IDE and one is ESATA and they are barley warm I leave them on for about 8 - 12 hours when I do my backups.
