i will be having a couple of vacancies opening up in my house. The house is located in Monterey Park. The entrance and main floor laundry will be shared by all. All utilities including cable and wifi internet will be included in rent. i also have a friendly med size dog so person(s) must like dogs. Only looking for mature , clean , working people. med size bedroom ( main floor ): share 1 1/2 bathrooms , kitchen , living room $400/month DD is the same
basement suite ( lower level ): with own kitchen , bathroom , living room: $800/month DD is the same.
