Just wonderin which one should be faster.

civic sir = cold air intake muffler
or
civic si 92-95= cold air , catback exhaust

on deerfoot i was even wit one.

You race the car at the track, see what you get and then have someone else drive your car (if you know theyre a good driver) and see what it amounts to, if its the same something is wrong with the car, if not something is wrong with the driver

I think with the mods you got Justin it maybe Driver. Not trying to put anything on you.
Try running your car at Secret Street then let someone else run it and if times are similar like Shadowz said then it's the car, if not then it's driver.
