hey I have a 1995 golf and I am looking to get the back 3 windows tinited does anyone whats the cheapest place to go to. Thanks

You could do it yourself, it's a real challenge though.

shops, u might save like 30 bux depending where u go....bust out the phone book

tintmaster is fairly cheap and they do a good job
5 windows was quoted to me for a little over $200

Just tinted my wagon (5 back windows) for $200 incl tax at Icon Tinting in NE
Good service, completed as promised, and quality looks great so far.

I was thinking of getting some tint on my car too. I read somewhere on these boards that Icon Tint's tint actually has a slighty purple hue to it and it doesnt use the 3m film or something? Can someone clarify this. I was gonna take it to Shadow or Icon :dunno:

Shadow for the win, if you go cheap you may end up with bubbles and ppurple tint, you get what you pay forl.

Yes definitely go to Wally @ Auto Tint & Residential, 1501 44ST SE 803-8328,

He just tinted 9windows on my 4runner and he did a great job, good prices.

Agreeed, I bought my car with purple tint... which is totally ghey. So now if I wanna get good lookin tint I'm gonna have to pay for it to be stripped and re-tinted.

So do it right the first time dude :)
