I am doing some fooling around with DIY instrumentation, and I am wondering if there is a cheap place to acquire a 3 bar MAP sensor?...
I see the GM ones advertised everywhere for $60+, but don't want to spend nearly that much.
Are there any cars that I could find at a wrecker's that would have a 3-bar map sensor?
If not, what about a 2 bar map sensor?
I am planning to build a small in-cluster boost gauge into the instrument cluster of my 951, and the VU-meter I am using requires an analog 0-5V input, and drives 20 LED's to show the current input level. I am only running 12-13psi of boost right now, but it would be nice to be able to expand.
