windows player messed up

when i play a video in windows media player the picture is all green and u can kinda see the image but the color is all messed up. does anyone know how to fix it?

This used to happen to me a lot before I gave my computer a fresh start.

Though mine only happened while trying to watch some video with it with my browsers.

worked for me after i reformated

goto view : enhancements : show enhancements : now check under video settings, there you can change how bright the picture is and change the color...maybe you bumped it by accident. :dunno:
