Butcher Shops

I'm looking for a good Butcher shop in this city and I don't even know where to start. I live in the South, so something in the south is preferable. Any suggestions/recommendations?

I know you asked for the south, but if you are in the north there is a little shop in bowness called the gour-mart. I've been going to that place for years.. love it :)

For Seafood: Billingsgate

its in Stampede Plazza by Foothills Hospital





For Italian: Mercattos or Lina's

on 17th for Mercatto ; and up in the NE / NW boarder on like center and 21st for Linas





For Cheese: Sunterra (any)
