I am looking to buy a car for the upcoming winter. I don't really care what it is, or what kind of shape the exterior and interior are in.. whats important is:

1. Needs to start up every morning and make it to its destintion.
2. Have a working heater
3. Have a clean title thats ready to insure
4. Free of major repairs
5. Decent tire tread left

I prefer imports, and standard transmission but domestics and automatics will work.

If you are selling your car between that price range and meets those requirements, PLEASE PM Me ASAP, or if you know someone that has a car they want to get rid of. Will pay in cash.:thumbsup:

All it needs is a new starter solenoid and wires?

The repair will cost about 200-250. The solenoid costs about $80 so its just labor costs you're looking at.

$300 its got a brand new alternator/battery and spark plugs/ignition coil. See my thread for details.

1985 Honda Civic semi-auto speed demon. Needs an exhaust, will pass inspection most likely.. great heat and starts in -30 with no assistance.

87 cavalier, 2nd owner, everything works, good tires,brakes,heat,etc,glass good, auto, new alternator, will pass inspection, two years left in it according to our mechanic, 400 bucks obo.

1994 chev cavalier rs: 5 speed, no major dings/dents. few scratches, black, 85% tread left, awsome winter car, brand new alternator, new spark plugs, oil change 1000 km away. ractive cone filter. looking to get 600.

'97 accent $750 OBO, new alt and battery will be changed when i have some time. Winter tires are on the car, and run for one winter. It's auto, and runs great. Also will have MP3/cd player. And since it's for winter it has an alarm/starter/pager.

1992 Nissan Stanza, always starts, needs nothing at all, 5spd, still driving it now as my car is currently out of commsision. Heat works great, newer tires, brakes, clutch etc. 5spd. Some rust spots on exterior, otherwise clean vehicle. Lookin for $1200 firm as it's got lower milage (under 200k)
