I'm not going to lie but on the highway on my '04 G35 I'm getting 625 km to a tank! This is on premium gas but still... I'm surprised as I thought it would be like 500ish. On the city I'm getting like 570ish! Any thoughts??

My C230 gets over 800km on the highway when driven speed limits, the computer says it works out to 5.9l/ 100km.

Just curious what you guys are paying at the pump for a full tank to reach over 500km's?

Exactly kms per Tank means Nothing.

Different tanks sizes, different ammount of fuel left in the tank at fillup. Best to calculate L/100kms or miles per gallon.

This is what I would do. Fill up tank, reset trip meter, drive until light comes on, refil and take note of kms driven and the ammount of gas put in the tank. Bust out calculator...

I get about 12-13L/100kms in the city :( So with me putting in 50L in the tank I get about 380-400kms :banghead:

Wow... I would have thought the WRX would have been a little better on gas. My 4Runner (full-time 4WD, V8) is using an average of 14L/100kms in the city... and thats with climate control almost constantly running... :nut: And that's not even going by the trip meter in the truck (which says 12.5L/100km)...

Im averaging 13.5L/100km on easy driving, ( never managed to go below that), and ~ 15-16l/100km on "fun" driving

In my 350 I get about 650km per tank on the highway and 580km per tank in the city on premium petrol. What kind of oil are you using?

I get 650 in the city on my 02 Accord, that cost me about 62 bucks
and 733 on the highway at the same rate.

It's 100% city. 2.5L + turbo = poor gas mileage. If I am really careful how I drive I can get about 11L/100 kms.

Maybe it is the extra 1000 lbs you engine has to carry around. That and the extra drag being up high causes.

From your avatar it looks to me like it's the 4cylinder motor, that is really good milage for the highway. I totally miss those days when I flossed a Honda.

I think you're exaggerating a little bit, I mean 'cmon now, I don't think DJRice weighs 1000lbs. You're not a very nice person now are you? Stone cold Benyl. haha  ;)

With my 03 G35 I usually go about 400-450k before filling up. However, I rarely let it get close to empty. Even when it's showing empty there's something like 16 litres left in the 76 litre tank.

In the past after calculating mpg, I figured I was getting in the area of 25mpg. Probably 75% highway. Not great but not bad enough that I'm going to lose sleep over it.
