Sorry guys, i didn't do much of research b4 this post. But i called around shops and checked..the only option i been told is to buy coilovers or those after market lowering coils. I wanted to know if there is any other (safe) option that exists or a temporary solution. I need about atleast 2" Lift..with veilside bodykit...its too damn low rite now!!

thankx.

doenst mean stock springs wont fit. RHD japanese import isnt anything special dude...   you can still put some LHD "USDM" japanese import 300zx OEM springs on it. What do you think you drive? a Mclaren?

No worries. So, solutions please! I was thinking about jacking the car up and putting wodden/rubber corks in between springs and get it back down. It should give it some raise! But has anyone done that...wat is the safest way to do it? Materials/size/location.

^^^ what i was thinking, take the kit off if it's too low. i hate the daily grind in a lowered car. i wouldn't start stuffing rubber between your stock springs, they make it that way for a reason.

Lift kit FTW!

But seriously, I'd take danno's advice.
If it's too low with the kit for daily drive, you
probably should opt for a different kit.

fairlady with a lift kit

than vip it with 22's lol

but seriously unless you want to pay the price for coilovers go for it. i think jdm source has a spare z32 front bumper but you will have to ask him about that. could always chuck that on during the winter and shove the aftermarket one on during the summer

I don't know if they work, but at Partsource they have little rubber chunks you can wedge in there to make the car higher but they are meant for trucks...

raising your car would be sofa king gay

almost as gay as the sofa king ugly Veilside kit, which bears an unfortunate resemblance to the legendary combat and aggressor body kits that created RICE

just take the kit off, because a stock bodied Z32 is sofa king hot. for 98% of cars, the hottest body kit for it came on it from the factory at one time or another.

and let's not get into the handling implications of what raising a high performance sports car would do.
