Shared Accommodations - Evanston NW - Looking for Roommate

I am looking for a Responsible, Clean and Friendly individual to move into my home. Male or Female between the ages of 20-28. Must be non smoker. It is a two-story house with finished basement, 3 bedrooms, 3 and half bathrooms, 2 living rooms, and an office. (1700 Sq Feet). Currently, it is just myself (23 yr old male) and one other roommate (23 year old female). Your room has Satellite TV, Phone, and Internet Connections (also wireless). The Kitchen, Laundry Room and Living Rooms are all shared. There is parking in front of the house. The house was built in 2004 and the community is nice but brand new so bus routes are minimal. Renter should have there own car.

Rent is $575 + Damage Deposit ($575)

Evanston is located by the Country Hills area.

I only have room for one person.

Market Mall is 16.5 KM drive, so if your going the speed limit the entire way, it would take 21 minutes. ;)
