one of the receptionists at the west side location is smokin!

just like at any bmw dealership...if you don't look like you have any money...you aren't gonna get too great of service cause they think you aren't gonna buy anything. walk in wearing an armani suit. the guys will be the sweetest and nicest guys you've ever met

haven't been down to the southside location even though i work not even 2 blocks from it...but its a very very nice dealership...all glass and cars parked upstairs...quite baller style. hah
