1) Buy the phone
2) Go to a rogers store and activate a contract, they'll give you a sim card which you just pop in to the phone and your good to go

Not true. They sell the sim cards for 50 dollars, what a rip.

Buy them off ebay for about 10 dollars each, and have rogers activate a plan on that sim card ;)
