I haven't ran since early June.After the ummm odd beer and a few chips over the summer..the spare tire has gain a few pounds.
So I decided to start running again.Last Thursday I managed a slow 4km run ,and today I struggled through 5km. I'm hoping to join a Running Room 10km clinic starting in a months time, a run a 10km race in December.I'm also trying to loose 50lbs by next Feb.
Gotta look good for the Wedding !!

I'll post a few updates and let ya know how it goes !

Good to hear you're going to get on it again. Do you run outside, or on a treadmill?

I plan to try and get in shape running in Fish Creek soon.

Way to go! How often are you planning to go and run? This summer was bad to me too. HA HA! Hitting the weights again three times a week.

I always run outside.Never used a treadmill.

I plan to run 3-4 times a week , 6-8 kms each run , with a 10-12 km run once a week. I ran this all last fall/winter/spring and averaged 110-120 kms a month. I also did light weights 3 times a week.
