Rimes and Tires Question - NEED HELP ASAP

I have a 2001 Mercedes ML320 with the 16 inch factory rims.

I have located a set of euromax 5X112 + 40 offset rims 17"

Can some one tell me if these will work for my truck??

Load Bearing is ok???
