The odds of anyone here wanting this truck are slim but hey you never know. I just bought it about a month ago an unfortunately it is not going to work for what I wanted it for so now I have to let it go.
It's a 3 ton ex-fire pumper from Fernie BC with 4400 original miles. Still has working siren and roof light. The truck has been stripped down and completely redone inside and out, there was no bondo required during restoration as there was absolutely no rust, just the paint was faded.
- 239 flathead V8
- 4 speed tranny
- 2 speed split axle
- hydraulic hoist
- no leaks of any kind
- asolutely mint condition inside and out
- runs perfect
I will get some pics up as soon as the hosting site is back up and running. In the meantime, I can email them to you if you like. You will not be disappointed with this truck as it is absolutely beautiful. It was just appraised at $22,000 and I will be letting it go for $16,500. You will not find another in this condition, I gaurantee it, and with 4400 miles, it's practically a new truck at waaaayyyy less money. And this one looks much cooler than anything on the lots today. With a few mods to the bed, it would make a great hot rod hauler. I even have a set of ramps that would work for you.
