Got the Z06... now sitting awaiting the Turbos

Well we finally got the Z06... only had it for 4 hrs driving it from Ontario to Lingenfelters shop where it sits now awaiting its Twin turbo kit.... here are a few quick pictures of it

yea for sure... they claim a 9.9 in the 1/4mile and 1.98 for 0-60mph after the turbos are on and thats just on 12psi... they have some C6 Z06s with this same kit we have pushing 1050whp ahah so there is some growing room

i have some videos of the 1000+hp one and a C5 Z06 with this same engine and power as ours putting down a low 9's pass and its sooooo quiet too if a Z06 could ever be a sleeper this is it

it will be the 2nd C6 Z06 they have done... the first one just was finished as we brought ours there so it will be 1 of 2 in the world as far as a lingenfelter TT C6 goes

Keeping the Trans am cuz its his winter and summer driver... and the GNX he is keeping too but will see it if some one offers the right price...


also the front licence plate holder was put on for what ever reason.. we said no do not put it on.. but they did any way... its just a stick on part that lingenfelter is taking off for us any way... so it will be gone...

yep its my dads... ahah i wish i could say it was mine... today he got his GNX back from tuning and the shop that tuned it also makes their own Twin turbo kits for corvettes and said the parts Lingenfelter is putting in can easly! take 900whp so he is getting an E-boost2 boost controler and will be adding it to the Z06 when he gets it and upping the boost ahaha

ahaha its never enough you know how it is .... he said in stock forum the Z06 made our 02 WS6 Trans am feel like a civic in comparison... and the T/A is 395whp/400 some lbs/tq...

Power 500 bhp@ 6200 rpm
Torque 485 ft lbs @ 4800 rpm

C6 Coupe:

ahah sure are... only has 300miles or so on it from my old man driving it from ontario to indiana... and its already getting pulled out and re-done....

yep GNX is still kicking around just got it tuned... probably will be at the track next friday ... ahah you should hear how LOUD!!!! the turbo is when he lets of the gas... no BOV or any thing and its louder then any turbo car i have ever heard

ahah k... he still has to learn how to launch it... it spools i would say faster then my car did so there is soo much low end power... so his times might not quite reflect what the car is capable of doing
