I took a stab at some night shots tonight, found out the hard way that it is crucial to use the timer! Not tooo bad for my 1st try but I'm not overally happy with the results to be honest

Could someone give me some advice on my pictures. It's hard to ask what I need help on b/c I really don't know a lot yet but the pictures don't come out exactly how I want them to usually. Any input??

I suspect I got a lot of infrared light in this one, I had 2 linear polarizers stacked to block most lisible light so I could do a really long exposure. The tree turned out much lighter than without the polarizers, which is strange.

Believe it or not, that photo was taken from a car moving at 120 km/hr lol. I set all the settings on my camera and Rollie drove while I did some shooting. Really impressed with how it turned out. The rest were all done out of the car though lol

Do you have any more of that game? Three of the guys I know were playing for the Irish and I'm sure they'd love to see pics of them in action. Or the opposite in the case of one of them haha (the Giant guy second from the right on the bench) he may not have got a lot of time in the game but he sure got a lot of time in the after party.
