This is basically the next gen model of the TV I was selling here (5060HD): http://forums.beyond.ca/showthread.php?s=&threadid=130405

The best consumer plasma out there, and this newer gen model has even more quality improvements. It comes with a removable pedestal, removable bottom mounting speaker (looks best wall-mounted with no speakers imo) and visions 3 year extended warranty, which if you dont end up using you get back as store credit ($599).

Asking $5000.

Future Shop is selling it for $5500 + warranty/tax, (about $6500+ after everything) so this is a very good deal.

Its been used for a few hours. I basically ordered it months ago and finally was able to pick it up a couple weeks ago, and although its an amazing TV and I couldnt be more impressed with it, I dont really watch TV anymore...and well I figure an episode of How I Met Your Mother and The Office once a week is totally putting it to waste

I do have the receipt.

As usual, no low-ballers, Ive already lowballed myself for you ;) If it doesnt sell at this price I have no problem keeping it, because as I said its a very impressive Plasma.

Not really, I am just breaking down the cost to show how it compares. My asking price is $5455 flat. If you paid that price in the store, that means you got it for $4500 as a base price, whereas Future Shop is selling it for $5500 PLUS tax and warranty right now, which ends up being $6466.

Basically, buying it from me at this price saves you over $1000 what it would cost to get it in store.

After some consideration, I've decided to drop the price to $5000 flat. Thats like $1500 savings on a top of the line plasma.

Pioneer, Panasonic and Hitachi make the best plasma's imho, When i was shopping around, i seriously considered this TV -- when you're looking at the pioneer plasmas, side by side with others, the blacks are amazing. That's a major weak point with alot of plasmas, is the deepness of blacks, and the contrast of dark and light on the same screen, and the pioneer impressed me in that respect.

Depends if someone wants to pay 1000 extra for a brand new one but the price is ok.
