I know you're not to mix pro powder and creatine but what about glutamine? Is it ok to take with protien or creatine or neither?

If you pick up the latest issue of Fitness RX you will see a study in there saying that there are no additional benefits to taking creatine seperately. It said it was fine to mix with protien.

i will usually mix my glutamine with my protein post-workout, and stick with the creatine pre-workout.

they fight for absorption..take creatine while at gym..then once you get home take the protein.
