rent an apartment close to U of C

Hi,

I'm looking for an apartment for a friend who's moving to Calgary to study at the U of C this fall. I would like to know where I might look to find rental property? What's a good location to stay in Calgary that's close to the university (walking distance to the U)? What other alternative areas would you recommend that's close to the C-train that's accessible to the university.
