Reasons I believe it is not real:

- Guy in foreground that was being filmed didn't even look like he was part of the what was going on and actually was ignoring the camera completely. Humans tend to look a people filming things :)

- The speed at which the plane turned was too slow to correctly make the turn it did as fast as it did. Then it seemed to speed up once the building was lined up

- The plane itself would NOT have made it through 2 complete buildings.

- Lastly if you see the camera angle it actually anticipated the jet coming out the other side of the second building.

Lots of special effects so my guess would be a movie of some kind and the Transformer movie would be a good bet. (Since no one has seen it yet)
