Great winter car, no damage or rust. The only thing is a crack in the windshield, i'm not sure if it's repaired or not.

cant legally charge GST unless they have a company with a GST number that the vehicle is currently registered under.

This is a PRIVATE sale. Although the vehicle is leased from a dealership.

There is a security deposit in place of $1,250.00. I placed $13,840.00 down on a purchase price of $92,445.00. I had to pay significantly over MSRP to get the first black one in Calgary. I am willing to forfeit both the downpayment and the security deposit if the person simply takes over the lease.

Current buy-out as of today is 73,000.00. Payments of $1,227.26 (GST included) come out on the 22nd of each month. Thus, on September 22nd the buy-out will drop by a few hundred dollars. The lease end purchase option is $45,344.75. The lessee is allowed 48,050 kilometers at the end of the 36 month term, of which there is 22 months remaining. The lease rate is 5.9%.

I am willing to forfeit the $1,250 security deposit $13,840 cap cost reduction downpayment.
