That looks pretty much exactly the same, except he's using smaller lights. Definetly a Rallispec bar though.

Rallispec was the name of the company that made the bar. The mounts for the bar broke due to metal fatigue, its in several pieces in my basement at the moment.

i know rallispec is a company...but i actually meant rallyspec as in heavy duty

Well, the lights were a bit heavier than I think the bar was designed for, because the bar was cantilevered a bit the mounts were subjected to some up and down motion from the weight of the lights which is what caused it to fail.

Well, the bar originally was around $200 USD IIRC, the lights were around $80 USD each. Installation was about 3 hours @ $70 per hour canadian. All told, the bar with lights was around $1200 installed.

I don't think i have any pictures with them on, I'll have to check. It wasn't nightsun bright but I definetly wouldn't want to wander onto the road right in front of the car. :D Lighting in the focal area of the driving beams was similar lighting levels to daylight, lighting at the edge of the pencil beams range was similar to early dusk. They were pretty damn bright. You wouldn't be seeing anything for a few minutes after if you looked right into them at night.

Do you need to replace all the lights now? Or can they get fixed?

The wiring is a bit of a mess however, some of the harnesses pulled out of the backs of the lights, need to get some things reconnected there, and the bar welded back together again. Not quite sure what I'm going to do with them yet.
