I'm guessing he doesnt have a valid license because its been a while since he's driven himself anywhere and renewing his license isnt on the top of his list. The fact that the car has Unique plates instead of NY plates kinda makes it looks like he was just ripping around in one of the cars the Unique crew has to test it out. Sounds like another case of just jealous of what you dont have. I see kids in Calgary pulling worse shit with their cars downtown daily except they do it with neons and civics.

You sure that the "unique autosports" plate isn't a dealer plate? I remember in California, we were passed by so many vehicles that had license plates that simply had the dealership's name on them. I guess they don't have that in NY.

It's pretty obvious the shot with the Unique plate wasn't taken at the scene of the accident. It was done for a photoshoot for the shop.
Anyway, the fact that he doesn't have insurance, who cares? The only reason people have insurance is because they're too poor to pay for any damage they do, but this guy could get sued for neck pains and he wouldn't even notice. I think if you can prove you have enough coin in the bank, you shouldn't have to worry about insurance.
