What cars can you rent in Calgary and how much would they cost???
My parents are driving some people to regina (800km) away, and the shocks are out in the back of the Benz, they wanna take it anyway, with all that luggage and Load i think they're frickin idiots, not to mention replacing a windshield and repainting the front because we don't have a bra for the car would probably be more expensive then renting. What else should I say to get them to rent a car???

My mom wants to find a place to rent luxury cars in Calgary, does a place like that exist???

Mine's black on grey, there's another one like mine in the neighbourhood, completely black e500 debaged that has a reiger tuning licence plate thing and big rimz, maybe that's what you're thinking of. UNless you're the VTEc owner that was having fun speeding around on crowchild with me a couple days ago.

Yeah, I tried driving force but they said they had nothing for rent, it was prolly because I didn't sound 25 or so and was calling for my parents but he couldn't have known that.

They're not gonna rent anymore, they're gonna take our beater car, hehe, suckers. As long as they don't ruin the benz I'm happy.

When I'm in Calgary, I usually rent a Chevy Tahoe/Suburban or a Lincoln Navigator/Ford Expedition. Call around to the car rental companies. You can get a very pimped Suburban/YukonXL for about $60 a day that will comfortably seat 6/7 or less for smaller SUV.

They chog gas, but they are really fun for a large group.

Yeah, we don't need it anymore, we were going to rent to way, or a luxury car, (I'm not going though), and it's 4 people going, but at the luxury rental they don't have anything til' next week appearantly, so they're just gonna take the old volvo that sits in our driveway and never gets driven.

So now I have the benz all to myself til' thursday nyte, pretty sweet.

For future reference, call National. They usually have the best rates!

Nope, I believe you have to be over the age of 25 to rent a vehicle. They wont even let you drive it if you are not over 25 (That's the law in some provinces, dont know about Alberta).

no you have to be 21 in order to rent a vehicle but they charge you a young drivers fee (Usally about 10 bucks a day)

im pretty sure there is one company that will rent to 19 year olds but im not sure which one it is
you should call avis, herts etc to find out

oh yah the young drivers fee applies untill 25 years old

Oops, my bad :)

I only tried renting a vehicle in Nova Scotia and you had to be over 25 to rent and over 25 to drive :)
