Is the power supply bay isolated from the rest of the compartments?

Hum, not sure what you mean. the psu just hangs at the top and is not isolated, how could it be? Many psus have fans on the bottom of the psu, if it was isolated wouldn't work very well I wouldn't think, but I am not too up to date on latest case designs
