Civic heater question??

Why would my heater only blow out hot air no matter if its on the cold setting, and even blows out hot air when the heater is on OFF?
and also even when i have the heater on it doesnt blow strong.. what could be the problem.. anyone that can help its appreiciated

cause it sucks in the air from outside or from the inside of the car.
so if it's hot outside or inside.. you'll still get hot air.. the only time you get cold is.. is winter! lol or if you have AC

or if you mean it blows really hot air like if it was on hot setting it could be the cable that open or closes the switch that lets hot coolant in to the heater core and heat the inside of your car. or might be the switch itself.

yeah like it blows really hot air even when its not so hot outside! it should blow cooler air cause its not as hot outside
