I have been trying to launch an Automatic....I am so use to launching a manual.

People have said all you have to do is slam on the gas and the brake at the same time

However when i do this the RPM Stalls at 2000rpm does this mean i have to change something on the software.

Any Advice at all would be appreciated

Automatics used what's called a stall converter, which is basically an RPM controlled clutch. The faster it spins, the more it grabs. Stall converters have a certain RPM where they almost fully grab, which is called the stall speed. The reason you are stopping at 2000rpm is that you are approaching this stall speed, and since you're holding the brakes the car can't move so it forces the engine to not go any faster. To get it higher you can either get your converter re-stalled or get a new one.

If you wanna know how to launch an auto car, ask a musclecar guy :poosie:

What trans are you using? some toyota auto or a th-400?
