This this a good price? 325is

my brothers looking at a 95 325is with 181k kms on it. Its in good conditions exept for a couple nicks and scratches but thats expected out of a 11 year old car. He wanted to get a 5spd but doesnt mind the auto. This ones auto. He was askin 9200 bucks and hes got em down to 8 grand. what do you guys think is that to much or is he gettin a decent deal?
