I don't know your reason for rebuild nor what goals you have for the rebuild so I cant suggest parts in that regard...but DO NOT neglect the regular things...

Timing Belt
Water Pump
New Seals
New Turbo Coolant Lines (unless you already got bad-ass ones there)
New Vac Lines...they can and do get brittle and a lot are easier to swap when the Mill has been pulled.
Axle Seals...a LOT of peeps just re-use the old ones...you CAN get away with it but for the price of them...

Essentially all the regular maintenance stuff is what you should remember...and try to go OEM on as much of that as you can...

oh haha one of my rods went finally. engine block is still ok and no leaks. still starts but it's knocking now so i gotta rebuild. don't wanna just swap in another motor. i guess my cars gonna be out for the winter so might as well get as much done on it as i can.

depending on the severity of the knock you might not want to rebuild that motor anyways.... the block could be damaged. if thats the case by a used motor and re-ring it and put in new seals and you should be good to go
