Great place to live. Perfect for roommates as there are 1 bathroom/ensuit for each bedroom. Lots of new development in this area.

Inner City commands a premium. I know since I live in neighbouring Crescent Heights. Bridgeland is a very nice area with the redevelopment.

5 min walk to c-train. Have I mentioned that the unit sits on the 2nd floor with commercial spaces on the ground level? The "sister" building beside it will be completed spring next year offering yet more shops and resturants.... all ground floor commercial spaces have been fully leased. Nice to have everything within steps away from where you live.... especially when its all new development.

If your worried about noise the floor the unit sits on directly above the commerical space is approximately 8-10" thick concrete. Very solid and warm with the infloor heating. Material used for this building has carefully chosen to create a healthy environment and superior indoor air quality. These include: low emission paints, finishes, adhesives and sealants; formaldehyde-free products; and, inert materials such as glass and metal.
