Here's the story of this car... I bought it about a month ago from a family friend, who was going to pay me to put a new engine in the car so his wife could use it as a daily driver. However he got a job that gave him a vehicle so he had no use for the car anymore, so I offered to buy the car off him. I brought it home and got a new engine and dropped it in, and had the car all ready to go. I went and got insurance and when I went to register the car, they told me that the car has a salvage title and can't be registered. I called my friend that sold me the car and he said he never registered it because they never drove it due to the engine. I t puzzled us because I had the car apart inside and out to put a new engine in and we can't find any reason for the car to have a salvage title. We tried to get a hold of the man who sold the car to our friend because we have the registration paper saying he registered the car in febuary of this year. And my friend bought the car in March... meaning the car had been written off in a matter of a month.

Either way, the car is fine and it drives great... but I dont have anymore money to get the salvage inspection done to get the rebuilt status. Therefor I'm selling it as a parts car. However if you want to buy it and get the inspection done to drive the car, go right ahead.

So I'll sell it for what I put into it, and no more $1'000

Wheels are back on as of now, and it's also shined up a bit. Theres a leak in one tire, i think its the valve because it will stay full for a day or two and go flat in a matter of minutes :dunno:

are you going to be parting it out anytime soon?

I want to get it gone as a whole. I just finished the engine swap so I can't bring myself to tear it back apart. :(

The rad support is on an angle thus the radiator sits to high so the hood cannot be closed all the way.

Thanks for answering that bra! I thought it was the hinges because the old ones were seized, so i got new ones, but I noticed that the rad cap was causing the hood to stay up.

I'm tired of it taking up space, first person to show up with $700 and a plate takes it.

This car is a complete car ready to go. Except the driver's side window fell off it's tracks. I'll try and get that fixed. Other than that I was drivingit around the other day, it's perfect.

honestly, if you could find a way to borrow money to get it inspected to flip from salvage-rebuilt, i'm convinced you could get at least double of what you're asking
