Tires wear is not that important, and I can go buy some NEW 17" Enkei's with rubber for less then 1400, so I want to spend around or less then a grand.

It would be going on a dark green car so I know it would look ok.

imo gunmetal would look good on dark green, maybe you should check em out in person
