I have an as is xbox 360 for sale, have had since new, it was a premium package one, worked fine until last week, froze a couple times and now three red lights flash when you turn it on. pulled it apart, all looks ok but something is rattling in it, sounds like its coming from the memory port. I'm not going to spend any more time on it, so bought a new one to replace it, no warranty so selling:

360, power cable, standard AV cable, box, receipt, 1 wired controller. all is unused except 360.

the error code it throws is 0102 which apparently means that something is wrong and the xbox itself does not know whats wrong, not an overheating thing, it never did that.

$200 obo.

Why did you buy a new one when you can pay $150 and you send it in and they send you a working one back.

Took mine 4 business days to get there and for the new one to get back.

Microsoft is more concerned about the image of the xbox360 right now than how much warranty is left. Too bad you opened it.

Lwedvig, I did not get your offer...

I didnt send it to microsoft because I've read all over the net that it can take well more than 4 days to get back to you, and quite honestly, its not worth my time to do that, far easier to just buy a new one.

I'm fairly certain that it has only a 90 day warranty as all the documentation I've ever read says that including the warranty book that came with it, not a 1 year warranty.

where can I get parts?

90 days is standard.

You can get 2 years additional warranty direct from MS for $52 + tax (I just got mine today).
