Selling Cars Online

I have a registered business website right now its all free and I need to hire some sales reps to sign up some dealerships. I really have no Idea about the legalities of hiring and paying a sales staff, even if its a friend. Anyone know where I can find some info?

Any ideas or suggestions would be appreaciated.

We are also beginning to get into building and designing dealership website for dealerships. These site will be fully intergrated with icex.ca. This means that when a dealership uploads a car onto his ownwebsite it will automatically be posted on icex.ca
