just seen a weird civic

driving home from work like 20 min ago, this orange/pink/mango colored civic hb newer style 98? with widebody kit, on front and back wheelwells. anyone seen this?

theres another thread that talks about this civic. most say that it looks pink. i havent seen it yet.
